Refund policy

The checklist, the venue questions, the photographer questions, and the vendor checklist are free. There is nothing to refund. If a download fails, use the button again or write to hello@linenandlist.com and we will help you get the file.

When paid products exist

The studio plans to sell digital products later (a budget kit, then a planning binder) through Stripe Managed Payments. Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, is the seller on your receipt: your card statement shows “LINK.COM*” and the order says “Sold through Link.” Link handles sales tax and processes payments and refunds. The studio delivers the files and never sees or stores card numbers. This section is the policy those sales will use, published before the first sale. It is not an offer, and no checkout is live.

• Write to hello@linenandlist.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund a digital product, as long as you have not substantially used the files as your working plan.
• A file personalized with your names or date and already downloaded is not refunded for a change of mind, because it cannot be returned. The EU and UK cooling-off period below still applies.
• If a file never arrives, is corrupt, or is not as described, we will replace it or refund it, including after 14 days.
• Refunds are issued through Link.

Link’s purchase terms also apply to every order, and where Link’s refund policy is more generous than ours, Link’s applies. Under it, Link may refund an order itself within 60 days of purchase if the files never arrive, are significantly not as described, or are damaged or corrupted. Link does not refund a change of mind, so the 14-day window above is our own promise on top of its terms. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also cancel within 14 days of receiving access to the files.
